Although going back to school has been very tiring and long, I am glad that at the end of August I am officially finished. I have to take some tests but for the most part I am done.
Certification tests are always crazy and I hope I can pass it on the first try! We shall see.

School is out for the summer and I decided to not work this summer because I needed a rest. I have been doing interns and classes combined which is crazy but I want to get this thing over with!

Starting back to school...again!

Well, I finally did it. I am officially going back to college to get my masters in administration to be a principal. I found a school online to go to that won't take me long so I am going to do the online thing. I officially started on Jan. 8th. I am doing ok so far. The only thing I don't like about the whole thing is that it feels disjointed, like you don't really get to know the people you are going to class with. Well, anyway I am in and there's no turning back now. I have been contemplating this decision for quite some time now and I am sticking with it now. Wish me good luck!

School's in...AGAIN!

Well, it has been quite some time since I made my last post. I am still teaching preschool. I really enjoy it too. I know that I will have some challenges this year. My boss has noticed this "talent" that I have. I know more than the average bear about computers and software. But really...who doesn't these days. Well, I found out that some of the people that I work with don't. They don't even know how to close a window! Needless to say, I was shocked to hear this. I am going to teach a class for them to help them get aquainted with the computer. This should be fun...

Well, so what else is happening? Well, as you know in the past, I tried out for american idol. I didnt' make it and it was very heart breaking. I had to realize that it wasn't me...it was the type they were looking for. And as you can see, the people who made it to the final 12 were nothing like me. So, here we are again. Next season tryouts AND they are coming to my city...what to do...

I haven't made my final decision but I will let you know...I am really going back and forth on this one. I don't want to waste my time. On the other hand...what if?? Well, I guess you won't know until you try. So I will keep you updated! Until then...

Ahhh the joy of summer school!

Well, I started working summer school last week june 8th. And I know you are wondering why I am teaching on my time off. Well, there is this thing called the evil credit card and it is haunting me. I am only working for four weeks to try to pay off the credit card ASAP. I am sick of see it and this was a quick way to earn cash and I get paid pretty good to do it.

But as for the kids I am teaching, well they are great. I have really enjoyed our first week . They are really smart kids and hopefully all of them will be mainstreamed one day. This is the ultimate goal.

Summer begins!

Well, I don't know if anyone else is as excited as me about summer! I am very excited about being out this summer. I am however going to be working summer school. The great thing is that I will only be working for 4 weeks. So I will still get a break. And the days are only half days. So, this is going to be easy money so I can try to pay off my credit card!

Officially Out!

Well, my year has come to an end with my class. I am officially out! I am so excited! I need some time off. I have been the crankiest person these past few days or weeks. I am happy to be getting back to my old self.

End of the Year!

For all those out there who read this-sorry I have not been a faithful blogger. I am so ashamed. But honestly this semester has been such a doozy.

Well, I am almost finished with the year. I have had a pretty good class this year. I have enjoyed working with the little kids again.

I am packing up my room(which we do every year) so they can clean our floors over the summer. I have two great assistants that have been working very hard this year and they are helping to pack up.

Although I will miss the little rugrats I am glad to have a little break! At least until I start working again for summer school. Luckily we only have summer school for four weeks so it won't be that difficult.

Well, I guess that is about it.
